Hi, I'm Sarah and I went through my first menopause in my mid twenties - a medically-induced one as part of the treatment pathway for endometriosis. I didn't have a clue what was happening to my body and, although I knew that the symptoms wouldn't last forever, I struggled to minimise the impact on my day-to-day life.
